COURSE INAUGURATION

The course inauguration of 55^th Batch of General Nursing Midwifery Program (GNM) was held on 11/09/12 at 10am in Decennial Memorial Hall of Father Muller Charitable Institutions (FMCI). The theme selected was “I can, therefore here I am”. The inauguration programme started with a prayer song by the II year GNM students. Mrs Jasmine Sarita Vas, Principal, School Of Nursing escorted the dignitaries to the dais. The dignitaries present were Fr Patrick Rodrigues, the Director of FMCI, Fr Denis D’Sa, the Administrator of FMSON, the Chief Guest Mrs Hilda Pinto, Assistant Professor, Microbiology Department of FMMC, Mrs Jasmine Sarita Vas, the Principal FMSON, Mrs Nathalia Martis, I GNM Assistant coordinator.

Mrs Jasmine Sarita Vas welcomed the gathering and also introduced the Chief Guest. The programme was inaugurated in a symbolic way by lighting the lamp. The chief guest Mrs Hilda Pinto emphasized on showing love to the profession which is selected and to relate each other. Fr Denis D’sa addressed the gathering and focused on five main aspects, A-Attendance, B-Behavior, C-Communication, D-devotion and E-Efficiency.

Fr Patrick Rodrigues congratulated the fresher’s for being the part of Father Mullers and gave them some tips. Ms Badaphira, II year GNM student expressed her experience in Father Mullerson behalf of her classmates. The Director presented momento to the chief guest. Vote of thanks delivered by Mrs Nathalia Martis. The programme came to an end with the institutional anthem followed by the refreshments.
